The course content is interesting and relevant for any workplace (or for your personal life, even). However, the structure of the content is somewhat lacking. The video-presentations are basically just someone reading off a list of bullet points, rather than explaining the topic fully or expanding on what the bullet points mean. The readings are often just a written version of the videos, and the tests are a direct repetition of the readings. I think having AI available for some of the tests did make it a lot more engaging and personalised, so that's a clear plus. Overall a course well worth doing, but improving on the content delivery may make this more interesting and engaging.
