Great information. The professor is clear and engaging. He makes good use of examples to clarify what can be a complicated process. Good discussion prompts, although few people actually do them, which I found frustrating.

mr. john kim explained things in an easy manner. Also the quizes were of correct number, not very lengthy and the assignment and peer reviewing was the correct amount, not lengthy which frustrates you

It would be more efficient and valuable courses if there is a channel that I, who is the student, could raise any questions may have from any session to John Kim, who is the course instructor.

A clear and practical course that teaches a structured consulting style approach to problem solving. Overall, very useful and effective.

Easy to follow. The speed was a bit slow. Copy paste of text from e.g. Word into the final assignment didn't work well. I had to do lots of reformatting.

The course feels overly repetitive...I am done through 3 modules of the course and most of the stuff is basic stuff... I believe that the course could be cut down to a few points making it crisp and to the point.
