Module 4 concludes by showing how artificial intelligence transforms service delivery, where data, empathy, and automation combine to create more personalized and anticipatory customer experiences. excellent course with amazing presentations/webinars... the instructor is phenomenal. The only thing is that the material is dated and should be updated with more relevant reading materials.

Excellent information and presented in an easy-to-understand format. My only reason for not giving this course five stars was how many examples and details were out of date and not current to today.
