Great learning. As stated, it is a fundamental course which give you an insight before taking on other courses.

Good course content but please include a summary PDF of all the slides used in the course for revision purposes

This course builds a great base for the understanding of the basic knowledge of a Technical Support Specialist.

Very help. Felt like a refresher for information I already knew and enjoyed learning some new concepts as well.
