Dr. Sanna Balsari-Palsule

Bio

Dr. Sanna Balsari-Palsule is a behavioural scientist and educator whose work sits at the intersection of social psychology, neuroscience, and behavioural economics. She translates rigorous academic research into practical tools that help people understand themselves more accurately to use that understanding to build more effective relationships, make better decisions, and lead with greater self-awareness. Sanna designed India's first behavioural science certificate programme delivered with AshokaX and has taught at the University of Cambridge's Judge Business School. She is currently an adjunct professor at Ashoka University and Golden Gate University, and brings extensive experience from both the private and public sectors — designing and delivering programmes, keynotes, and workshops for leaders, teams, and organisations across industries. Sanna has published a trilogy of personality books and a science-based board game with Hachette UK. Her research has been featured in the World Economic Forum, The Atlantic, Vice, The Wire, amongst others. She is a columnist for Fast Company and Psychology Today. She holds a PhD from the University of Cambridge and is currently based in London. Her forthcoming book will be published by HarperCollins and Hachette in 2027.
