He is a recognized innovator in areas such as DevSecOps transformation, AI/ML-powered software development, and agile methodologies. At Cisco, Paddu has owned and driven $4B revenue-generating releases for 2 million network devices and empowered 3.5K users with groundbreaking DevSecOps SAAS Products & Apps. He also generated $14M+ incremental revenue by owning the game-changing WAN Optimization product. A three-time Cisco Pioneer Award winner, Paddu's contributions extend beyond corporate success; he innovated an Industry Standard (ITU-T Q.1980.1) and holds a US Patent.
