I think the material presented was succinct and clear in the videos, and the accompanying worksheets were great practice. From videos and exercises, I learned a lot. However, I was frustrated with the quizzes, almost all of which had errors and typos. Typically at least one question either had no correct answer, or when the correct answer was selected, it was marked as incorrect even if you answered verbatum what the video said. This did make the learning process confusing at times. It would be nice if these would be fixed for future students.

I took this course as a review and as such it was perfect. It glossed through topics with very basic practice exercises. However, if you're looking to really understand the material and have more in-depth opportunities to practice bookkeeping skills, I'd recommend the Intuit certificate. I was also disappointed that one of the quiz questions had an incorrect answer that students have been commenting on for several years without anyone (Coursera or the instructor) ever bothering to correct it.

Good video instruction and examples but incorrect marking of quizzes that is not fixed a year after students complain.

The quiz and lesson are not in same page. Very strange. But overall it's clear and concise.

While the content is generally correct or informative, it is very quickly done without much explanation. There are also several issues that I have found and/or reported throughout the course. The discussion posts are also not really answered or even acknowledge. The teacher appears knowledgeable, but the course is not set up well at all.
