Product Management essentials is an amazing course and given an insight on role of a product manager and also highlights on difficulties faced and how to navigate the same. The course content was briefly explained by the Lecturer, and it was easily understandable. The pace of the program was also comfortable, and it could be completed as per the convenience of the user. It exhaustively covered the main key points what a product manager to keep in mind while dealing with internal stake holders as well as handling external clients. The course also guided on the prerequisites on how to position the product in the market so that there are customers to buy the product. This course also touches upon type of markets, type of customers and challenges being faced on targeting Niche market. Overall, it was truly impactful and excellent course. I recommend this course to be pursued by Product managers.
As a person with an experience in the design industry very similar to product management, this course enlightened me a lot. Although knowing the material of this course in some cases is far from being practiced and experienced, it's a good starting point to correct and elevate my performance in my later projects.
So our objectives here are to introduce this concept of macro economics, and to think a little bit about the relationship of that with opportunity, immersion, and engagement. We also want to think about this as an opportunity to change, or to fill gaps that are appearing in the market.
